Architecture Design & Planning

Nestled within a lush landscape, Casa Aurelia reinterprets the timeless charm of Mediterranean architecture through a contemporary lens. Designed around the principles of light, nature, and spatial openness, the residence celebrates the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

At the heart of the home lies a series of courtyards and open-to-sky spaces that draw daylight, fresh air, and greenery deep into the interiors. A skylit green staircase atrium acts as the home's vertical spine, bringing natural light through all levels while creating a constantly evolving play of light and shadow throughout the day.

The planning revolves around landscaped pockets, terraces, and a private backyard garden, ensuring that every major living space enjoys a visual connection with nature. This thoughtful arrangement allows the house to remain bright, airy, and naturally ventilated, reducing dependence on artificial lighting during the day.

Inspired by the elegance of traditional Mediterranean homes, the architecture incorporates grand arches, vertically proportioned openings, layered balconies, and warm earthy textures. While rooted in classical architectural principles, the residence embraces modern living through clean detailing, open layouts, and climate-responsive design strategies.

The result is a home that feels timeless yet contemporary—where sunlight becomes a design element, nature becomes part of everyday living, and every space unfolds as a unique experience throughout the day.
